Digital Knight Finance SàrL (“DKF”) has been incorporated in December 2020, as part of the joint venture between Digital Domain Holdings Limited (“DDHL”) a Hong Kong listed company with operations in Los Angeles, specialized in advanced film technology, visual effects, virtual reality and C Digital Libraries, a US company owned by Clive Ng a media sector financier and executive focused primarily on Asian business opportunities and instrumental to several partnerships between American companies and Asian firms, particularly during the Internet and e-commerce boom of the late 90s and early 2000s.
Through this partnership, DDHL and DKF expanded their business to Europe with the objective of having an arm in this market and tackle specific investments in the media and entertainment sector. DKF is currently the largest shareholder of DDHL and has marked its presence in European soil through investments in Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed company with an interesting portfolio of investments that range from NFT, securitization, payment services to an iconic Milan-based collectible cars customization and merchandising business established in 2016 by Mr. Lapo Elkann, an Italian entrepreneur and a member of a storied Agnelli dynasty.
DKF has also participated in the capital raise of Nobias Media Group, in July 2022, in an effort to indirectly finance acquisitions in the European media space. Nobias Media owns and operates various media properties in Europe through both direct public and private equity and debt/structured debt instruments and acts according to their plan of consolidation of independent media publishers of proven editorial integrity and commitment to free speech values, which are also in line with DKF values and its expansion plan in Europe.

Clive Ng

Clive Ng is a media sector financier with over 30 years of strategic and management experience in the Asia markets. Mr. Ng was CEO of Pacific Media (LSE: PCM) where he was instrumental in holding joint venture partnerships between Pacific Media and United Artists Theatres, renamed Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), and Television Broadcasts (TVB) of Hong Kong.
He was Co-CEO of United International Holdings Asia, a partnership between UIH Inc. (since renamed Liberty Global Inc., NASDAQ: LBTYA), a leading international cable operator, and was responsible for its entrance into the Asian market with his family taking a 20 percent stake in the venture. In 1992, Mr. Ng co-founded TVB Superchannel Europe, which has grown to become Europe’s leading Chinese language broadcaster. He also owned a 50% stake in Hong Kong SuperNet, the first Hong Kong based ISP which was then sold to Pacific Internet (NASDAQ: PCNTF).
Mr. Ng has had extensive experience with internet start-ups and e-commerce companies in Asia. He served as Chairman and Founder of Asiacontent, (NASDAQ: IASIA), one of the first Asian internet companies to list in the US that was the joint venture partner of NBCi, MTVi, C-NET, CBS Sportsline and DoubleClick in Asia. Mr. Ng was also one of the initial investors and founder of E*TRADE Asia, a partnership with E*TRADE Financial Corp (NYSE: ET). He is also a founding shareholder of MTV Japan, with H & Q Asia Pacific and MTV Networks (a division of Viacom Inc). Mr. Ng currently serves as Vice Chairman of Dazed Media as well as Board Member of Bandier, Swiss based Highlight Event and Entertainment AG and Co Founder of C Ventures and C Capital.
